By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

⚠️ Please note:
During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, processing times may take slightly longer due to high order volume.


2. Shipping and Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 may apply for orders below ₹999 or for COD orders (based on your location).

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

You can track your order by:

  • Visiting the tracking link shared via SMS/email after dispatch.

  • Or contacting our support team at 📧 info@datshasolution.in with your order number.

If tracking information doesn’t update within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us — we’ll help you directly with the courier partner.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we may:

  • Resend it (with applicable re-shipping charges), or

  • Cancel the order and issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We strive for on-time delivery, but sometimes delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • High order volumes during festivals or sales

If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at 📧 info@datshasolution.in with your order number.
We’ll coordinate with the courier company and resolve the issue promptly.


7. International Shipping

Currently, Datsha Solution Shop delivers only within India.
We are working towards enabling international shipping in the near future.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can still request a return after receiving the item (see our Return & Refund Policy).

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
